Obtaining The Information We Have About You

You can make a Subject Access Request to Quick Loans via the process set out below. The procedure covers all of our online brands. The brands that we cover are: QuickLoans.co.uk, EasyLoans.co.uk, YesLoans.co.uk, ChequeCentre.co.uk, InstantDecisionLoans.co.uk, LoansForStudents.co.uk, LoansBadCredit.co.uk

Payment

Due to the high number of unfounded Subject Access Requests being made to us. It is our company policy to charge a £10 administration fee. If you or your client does (or did) have an account with us, we will refund the £10 charge and send the data free of charge. If you or your client have never had an account with us or any of our brands, then the £10 will not be refunded and kept to cover the cost of administration.

Regretfully we won't respond to Subject Access Requests unless this fee has been paid first.

Please include in this email as many details as possible about yourself or your client if you are a claims management company. Name, Address, amount of loan, date of the loan. Anything that can help us identify the individual on our system.

We aim to respond with your data within 1 working day. We will also send your data as a hard copy through the post. This will be with you in 3-4 days.
